Joshua: I really didn’t know what to do and it was by fluke that we called AllStates Services. They came the same day and um they really were a tremendous help. They ah put us at ease right away they were very professional they came here from twelve noon and they were working until like 9 at night consistently. They were very neat organized and really got everything set up to dry my basement where I feel much better about the whole situation.
Sean: What did you like best about the service we provided? Can you be specific?
Joshua: I liked that you guys did what you said. There was that was ah….there was nothing that was nothing unusual. Whatever you said you did, and you did it well. Your workers were very professional. I have three kids and a dog and there were no issues. Everything was neat. It didn’t even look like you were here except in that area in the house where you were setting up your equipment.

Sean: If you had to rate us 1-10 what would you give us?
Joshua: I would give it a 10. In this situation I’d give you at 10 plus. It was a horrible situation you go down and your basement is flooded and you don’t know what to do. You had to remove carpets. You had to remove molding. Everything was done neatly, professionally. I didn’t have any problems anywhere else in the house. You disposed of all garbage. You set up what needed to be done and got the basement as dry as possible, and it is….it’s a 100 percent dry at this point.
