Volunteer Farm Fire Clean up in New Egypt, NJ
On April 30th, 2021, we began volunteering to go help clean a farm house and barn in New Egypt, NJ. We got this lead from a organization named Five Help. Someone from New Egypt Township reached out to us to inspect the property and to give her a price so that they can help their community and get the farm back up. They needed some help getting the property back in order after a terrible fire broke out. It took three days and five employees to get everything cleared out for the farmer and US Army veteran. We cleaned what ruble was left and cleaned the home for soot damage.
They could not find out how the fire started, but do know it started at the hay barn. Unfortunately, the farmer caught fire along with the barn and had to be rushed to the hospital. His farm is now up and running again, and is in memory for him.
