Mitigation and Restoration Services

Al Fazzolari and his crew from Allstates Restoration did a fast, effective, and thorough job cleaning up my basement after a broken hot water heating system filled the basement with water. They arrived soon after my plumber contacted them, pumped out the water, and began the cleanup. Al explained the process clearly (pumping, dehumidifying, removing flooring, treating paneling with fungicide, filing an insurance claim), and he and his crew had most of the work completed in two days, leaving dehumidifiers in place to finish the drying. Their capable service made the initial stage of the process of restoration remarkably stress free, and it was a pleasure to work with such courteous and professional workers.

We were buying our first home and the inspection done in the middle of a downpour showed a large hole in the roof. My husband and I were worried that the water pouring down the beams and walls could result in mold/mildew. We were under a tight deadline to accept or reject the property under the inspection clause.
